This Privacy Policy describes how K5 CRO ("the Application"), operated by Keyfive, LLC, handles information.

Information We Access

With Keyfive, LLC's authorization, the Application accesses Keyfive, LLC's own QuickBooks Online accounting data (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, invoices, bills) through Intuit's official API, using the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope.

How We Use It

Data is used solely to generate internal financial analysis for Keyfive, LLC. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising.

Storage & Security

OAuth tokens are stored in the operator's local environment and QuickBooks data is cached locally for analysis. Access is limited to authorized Keyfive, LLC personnel. Analysis may be processed by the Anthropic API to produce results.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks, which revokes the Application's tokens. Local cached data can be deleted by Keyfive, LLC.
