End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of K5 CRO ("the Application"), an internal financial-analysis tool operated by Keyfive, LLC.

1. License

Keyfive, LLC grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application solely for Keyfive, LLC's internal financial operations.

2. QuickBooks Data

The Application accesses Keyfive, LLC's QuickBooks Online data via Intuit's official API under OAuth2 authorization granted by Keyfive, LLC. It reads accounting data to produce financial analysis and does not resell or redistribute that data.

3. Acceptable Use

The Application may not be used to violate any law or Intuit's Terms of Service. Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks.

4. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Financial output is informational and is not professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyfive, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
